Some of the organizations use this website to communicate field status, some ogranizations use a hotline, and some organizations use both methods. 

If a field has a status of Call Hotline, the hotline will have most up to date field information.

If a field has a status of OPEN or CLOSED, please check the 'Last Update' column to ensure the status was updated recently.  The organization representatives try to maintain this website, but the hotline is typically most up to date.  If the status has not been changed on game weekend, it would be wise to call the hotline number for the field.
